Refund Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. All products are inspected carefully before your order is shipped. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund from hello@puremagicco.com, within 30 days of the order date.  Simply return unopened and unused product in its original packaging to receive a full refund, less shipping and handeling fees.  Please use "Return Request" as subject of the email.  Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. We do not accept product returns sold by third-party sellers.

- You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.

- To receive a full refund, product must be returned unopened and unused.  

- Once we have received the product, your refund will be sent out.
